8/8/2010 - Namaste India ! !
NSLI- Y (National Security Language Initiative for Youth) program started in India in 2009. The first batch consisted of ten boys and girls, who, with great enthusiasm, worked towards learning Hindi language and shared their culture and beliefs with host family.
This year also, we have fifteen girls student who came to India on 26th of June, 2010 for six weeks Hindi learning program. They got enrolled in Amity International School, Mayur Vihar, New Delhi, where they learned Hindi and became the part of Amity family.
After the completion of the six weeks program, the batch of 15 girl students became pretty fluent in speaking Hindi and they hope to come back India soon to explore more and be part of it again.
We hope to have more students next year.
